My fees for services range from $135-$225 per session, depending on the service provided. I am currently in-network with Pacific Source/RBH, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and may be considered as an out-of-network provider for many other insurance companies. I can provide a “superbill” for you at your request but I do not bill out of network.
At this time, I accept cash, check, HSA (Health Savings Account), FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and credit/debit cards through IVY, a HIPPA protected and encrypted app. There is no fee to clients for this service.
*I do not accept/bill secondary insurance. When my biller runs your benefits, if you have an insurance as a primary that I am not in network with and your secondary insurance is one that I am in network with, I will not be able to accept your insurance due to complications with that billing process. I will let you know if this is the case and provide you with alternate referrals, if possible.
A 24-hour notice is respectfully requested if you cannot make your appointment, otherwise you will be charged the full fee. Exceptions to this policy will be discussed with you at your initial appointment.
